7. Eat wisely
Healthy eating is a mandatory part of exam time.
When you eat unhealthy foods it can make you feel negative, which can interfere with your exam preparation. Therefore, it is important to eat right if you want to have the best odds of doing well in your exam. Avoid, too much sugar and fats as they will make you feel lazy.
Include fibre, fruits and nuts in your diet instead of chips, nachos and munchkins.
Stay hydrated, drink plenty of water, juices and milk.
