1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

2 ripe bananas (mashed)

2 1/2 cups dry oats

1/2 cup chocolate chips

Combine all the ingredients together and freeze!

2. Mac n Cheese in a Mug

1/3 cup macaroni

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup cheddar cheese

1/4 cup milk

1/2 tbsp butter

Add macaroni and water in a mug and microwave until water is absorbed and macaroni is soft. Now add all the other ingredients and microwave and done!

3. Pizza in a Mug

4 tbsp flour

1/8 tsp baking powder

1/16 tsp baking soda

1/8 tsp salt

4 tsp milk

1 tsp olive oil

Marinara sauce, toppings of your choice, cheese and Italian herbs.

In a mug add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, milk and olive oil. Now spread marinara sauce on top and then top it up with cheese, your favorite toppings and Italian herbs and microwave for 3-4 mins and its done!

4. Mason Jar Oatmeal

1 cup oats

1/3 cup Greek yogurt

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup milk

1/2 cup fruits

1 tbsp honey

1/2 tsp vanilla or almond extract

Combine all the ingredients in a mason jar and enjoy your own personal oatmeal jar!

5. Strawberry Salad

1 cup Strawberries

1/2 cup fresh mozzarella

1/4 cup fresh mint

2 tsp vinegar

Salt and Pepper

In a large bowl mix everything together and dig in!!

6. Chocolate Mug Cake

1 egg

2 tbsp cocoa powder

Combine all the ingredients in a greased mug and microwave for 3-4 minutes.Your chocolate cake is ready.

7. Rainbow Sandwich

Take a bread, spread butter and sprinkle rainbow sprinklers on top and enjoy 😀

8. Crispy Veg Salad







Freshly Chopped Vegetables (Onion, spring onion, bell peppers, carrot, cucumber, cabbage, bean sprouts)

Cottage cheese

Fried Noodles

Sweet chilli dressing (olive oil, honey, vinegar, salt, red chilli powder, lime juice)

Crushed peanuts

Combine everything together and serve!

9. Nutella Cake








2 large eggs

In a bowl, beat 2 eggs until light and fluffy and add Nutella.Bake for 30 mins or microwave for 5-6 mins.Ta-da! 😉
