She was once praised, worshipped as a deity
Now she fights from the world daily
What went wrong, is not the part
But what will continue, makes the difference
She never fights to rule, but fight for her dignity and for her place
For one can survive without society but not without dignity and respect
Why they narrow their minds, afraid of her heights?
Today things are about rights, about human rights
She creates the life, she is the one who builds it,
But lastly, she is only molested and harassed
She doesn’t expect people to protect her but at least don’t build hurdles
Open your mind for her literacy, for her employment and for her
And let her fly, high and high
Now she doesn’t want equality, she is beyond all measures and ready to measure infinite sky.!
Gender equality is achieved when women and men enjoy the same rights and opportunities across all sectors of society, including economic participation, decision making, aspirations and needs of women and men are equally valued and favoured.
According to fundamental rights in India, Constitution very firstly marks right to equality, which includes equality before the law, prohibition of discrimination on grounds of religion, race, caste, gender or place of birth and equality of opportunity in matters of employment, the abolition of untouchability and abolition of titles.
At one place, the right to equality mentioned ‘each person is equal in front of law whether a man or a woman’. Both will be given equal opportunity for employment, education.
These are words engraved in the Constitution of India, But in reality, men are always superior and are given good opportunity, why?
To go to the high level, let’s talk about labours. Male labour is paid a higher amount than female labour on the field. The literacy rate of India in 2011 is 74.04%. The Male literacy rate is 82.14% and the Female literacy rate is 65.46% according to Census 2011. Where is gender equality?? Women were once praised and worshipped as a deity. But now women have women rights to conquer the world for her dignity and respect.
But the question is When Constitution already gave a right to equality why they introduced women rights, they introduced it cause men became hunter ( Child marriage, dowry, bride burning, rape, molestation at work place, not equal remuneration ) prey was always a woman.
Women should help a woman to come across and fight for her respect and for her human rights. From home, we conclude a male child is given all sort of privileges and priority from the father as well grand parents. Whereas girl child is treated as she is a burden and took birth just to go in another house and bring next generation. What about her dreams her potentials, calibre; their only person who is a saviour of her dreams is her mother who uplifts her, supports her in every way and conquer the world for her daughter’s dreams. A small example but a big lesson for women uplifting and supporting a woman. At this very stage, female doesn’t want the support of a male because now they are independent, strong and know how to help each other.
Women don’t want to rule, they don’t want to conquer. Now they don’t need you(male). But, now they have to fight and get literate, respect and dignity. What they deserve; proving themselves as superior and powerful, they know how to uplift themselves and how to conquer.
